Junk Mail
We all know how much I hate SPAM. Well I also hate Junk Mail. The real
mail that you get in your mail box every day. A total waste of paper. I
am not going to take EVERY Credit Card offer I get.
Now there is a way to slow that down.
Call 1-888-5-OPT OUT This will stop the credit card offers.
The scary part is that they will know your name. Your address. And
more. But if it stops it, then it is worth it.
I am so happy I could Spit.
Sometimes I am so happy that I live in Garland. :) They might be slow
to make changes, but when they do it is always in my favor.
Proposition 1 & 2 have passed. But since you don't live here let me
just tell you what that means. :) I can buy beer at my local
corner gas station. And when I go to Chilies I can buy Beer there with
out my unicard.
Sounds strange that this has FINALLY happened. But I am so happy that
it did. About time that all the money I spend on beer gets back to
garland. What is really funny is how well they passed:

Yes Mom my room is Clean, and yes I grew up in the 80's
Wow. Busy morning. BUT... My ROOM is clean. :)
It only took me 6 months to get around to cleaning it but I am actually
looking forward to going home tonight. I have a Clean Room and a Clean
Bathroom. HELL I might have to clean my Closet. :)

I love saturdays.
What a week....
Well I was actually really busy this week Got some
of my list done and added more to it. :) I have come to the conclusion
that the list will indeed never be done. But it made me happy to get
some things off of it.
The NICE thing is that the Bathroom that my Ex
choose the color for is now gone. It is not done yet, but it is
painted. In the painting process I choose to add crown molding to it.
With it being a small bathroom that will not cost much and make it look
nicer.
Also cleaned up MY bathroom. (Anyone know where I
can get a Clear Shower Curtain with clowns on it?) My room is still a
mess, actually messier now that I took everything out of my bathroom
and stuck it in my bedroom, then just put back what was SUPPOSED to go
in there. (Yes it is true, I do not need 3 Phillips head screwdrivers,
2 Pairs of Pliers, and a monkey wrench under my sink)
The fish tank is still a no go. Not a money issue, just time issue.
Learned a lot about Linux this week. I have decided
that I will never learn everything there is to know and I don't want
to. I forget most of the stuff that I learn. Although that is not a
good thing, I seem to be smart enough to keep bookmarks of important
pages so I can go back and find it again. Had an issue with a
piece of software that I wanted to run, and I found the problem fixed
it and finished the install all alone. Also got the latest
picture from the gallery on my main page. (THANK YOU MIKE) Got the
moblogging setup, got the new version of pivot installed. (although
that last one was super easy)
My baby comes home tonight. She has been in Las
Vegas all week. I miss her. Bri and I made her mothers day present last
night. And before you ask, YES we also made My Ex a mothers day
present. And N's have been the conversation of EVERYONE That
comes in my office today. (did not want to leave them out in the truck)
So it has been a good week and I am still drug free.
And I am still liking it. I have been learning a new language,
something that I have not attempted to do for over 2 years. ( has it
been that long? Yep. ) So coding is indeed in my future. Just
not bbs coding. I am going on to Php. Although I wrote some Kick ass
shell scripts to move data around the Pegasus machine and Upstairs
machines. All and all I am back... At least I feel like I am
back. And I fell like I want to learn new coding languages.
Damn I might actually be back. When did that happen?

Happy May
Well had a good weekend (most of it was), and got all the pictures in my
Gallery back on line. Life is good... But I am busy. so more later.
